We will not provide or disclose customer’s personal information without his approval to any third party, except in cases regulated by Japanese laws, and related ordinances.

 

6. Disclosure, contents amendment or deletion, usage suspension or deletion of personal information

Should the customer wish to disclose his personal information to a third party, to amend or delete its content, to suspend its usage or delete it, we will manage such request within reasonable timeframe. Customer’s identification will be requested prior to any action. Applicable charges may apply to disclose to a third party.

 

7. Securing accuracy

We take appropriate measures to maintain each customer’s personal information accurate and updated.

 

8. Safety management

We manage each customer’s personal information closely and take preventive and safety measures against illegal access, loss, damage, falsification, leakage and others.

 

9. Internal education

We give education and training to our employees regarding the protection of personal information and familiarize them with it.

 

10Supervisor of consigned company

When using a customer’s personal information, we might consign the treatment of personal information to a third party within the range of legitimate usage. We will force and supervise the consigned company to respect identical privacy policy requirements.

 

11Continuous reviewing of company structure

We will continuously review and improve rules and organizational system regarding the treatment of personal information so that effective and appropriate operation is made sustainably.
